What’s good, I’m “L” and I’m the
Creative/Production Director for
KUBE 93. What that means is I create everything you hear that's not music on the station.
I'll basically sit down with my boss, figure out what's coming up next and create something clever/creative/cool that is put on the air. From writing, to editing and producing...it's all done in
Studio 93 and put on the radio. It's weird, I get paid for doing something I love and don't think of as a job...not a bad gig :-)
I went to the
Art Institute of Seattle in
2003. Graduated in
'05, had an internship at
KUBE that turned into a producers job and then after a couple years of basically working for free....I received the job and it's been great ever since.
At this moment in time, while being the
Creative Director here, I'm also putting together a media company while working with artists locally and nationally. Whether it's recording, writing, producing or helping oversee a project I'm always trying to stay busy and have my hand in some pot.
