CHRIS BROWN was caught on video blowing up at the valet parking guy at a bowling alley over a TEN DOLLAR CHARGE. Chris got right in the guy's face and told him, quote, "Gimme my {effing} keys! {Eff} ten dollars!" He added, quote, "We gonna turn this whole spot up...I promise you." Luckily, one of Chris' boys paid the money, so Chris didn't have to "turn the whole spot up."
