CHRIS BROWN crashed his Porsche into a wall on Saturday afternoon. His rep says he was trying to avoid aggressive paparazzi. He added that Chris would seek criminal charges AND sue them. But the photographers say Chris is full of it, and they didn't arrive until after the accident.
