During a "Saturday Night Live" skit this weekend, JUSTIN BIEBER apologized for getting caught smoking pot earlier this year. He was playing MILEY CYRUS' biggest fan on a "Miley Cyrus Show" sketch. And he said, quote, "I also heard {Bieber} got busted for smoking weed. And he's really sorry about it. And people make mistakes. And he's never gonna do it again."
