JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE has released an "open letter", where he announced that his new album will be called "The 20/20 Experience", and said it'll be out sometime "this year." He also apologized for "teasing" his fans over the past few days...but admitted that he REALLY ENJOYED DOING IT.
