When the Grammy nominations were announced last week, JUSTIN BIEBER was completely ignored...and that BUMMED HIM OUT. But he's not sweating it.

In an interview on today's "Ellen", Justin says, quote, "I was looking forward to {possible Grammy nominations}, but I know it will happen one day. I'm so young, I'm only 18. I'm just blessed to be able to do what I love every day."
