The World Wide Web of Celebrity Gossip says that RIHANNA and CHRIS BROWN were MAKING OUT at a Halloween party Wednesday night.

A source says, quote, "His entire entourage made sure Rihanna was taken care of first and foremost. It's really sweet the way he was treating her. Every time she stood up, she rubbed his head as if he were a little puppy."

At one point, Rihanna was also overheard saying, quote, "I love you, and you know you're my man."
