Community Health Plan of Washington is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new storefront! Join us on Monday, Oct. 15 for the store’s Grand Opening Celebration. Doors open at 10 a.m. Sounders FC player, David Estrada, will be making an appearance from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for pictures and autographs! Everyone in attendance will have the chance to enter in our Store Kickoff Contest to win a pair of Sounders FC tickets.
